E-commerce reconciliation for marketplace sellers in Surat

Most online sellers are paid less than their sales reports suggest, and very few can say exactly why. We match every marketplace settlement to your orders, at order and SKU level, so you can see your true realisation, spot overcharges and raise claims while there is still time.

The problem

Why marketplace payouts rarely match your sales

Each marketplace deducts commissions, fees, shipping and returns before it pays you, and its reports are built for its own systems, not your books. Small errors repeat across thousands of orders.

Short settlements

Orders that were delivered but paid at less than the agreed amount, or not paid at all.

Commission and fee errors

Commission, fixed fees and collection charges deducted at the wrong rate or for the wrong category.

Returns not credited

Customer returns and RTO shipments where the product came back but the credit or the stock did not.

Shipping weight overcharges

Shipping fees charged on a higher weight slab than the package actually weighed.

TCS and TDS credits

GST TCS and income-tax TDS deducted by marketplaces that need to be matched with what appears on the GST and income-tax portals.

Missed claim windows

Most marketplaces set time limits for raising claims. Issues found months later are often too late to recover.

For Surat sellers

Built around how Surat sells online

Surat's textile, saree and ethnic-wear businesses sell on several marketplaces at once, often with high return rates and thin margins. Every portal reports differently, and reconciling them by hand each month takes time most teams don't have.

Our head office is in Vesu, Surat, so we can meet you in person, and we work with sellers across Gujarat and India remotely too.

Who it's for

  • Textile, saree and dress-material sellers
  • Ethnic-wear and fashion brands
  • Sellers on more than one marketplace
  • Brands on quick-commerce: Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart
  • Manufacturers starting to sell online
How it works

From portal reports to recovered money

  1. Share your reports

Settlement, order and return reports downloaded from each seller panel, and your sales records.

  2. We match every order

Our in-house tool reconciles each settlement to the order and SKU it relates to, across every marketplace.

  3. You get a clear report

Net realisation by order, SKU and portal, with every short payment, wrong fee and missing credit listed.

  4. Claims are tracked

We help raise claims with the marketplace and track each one until it is settled or closed.

What you get

What the reconciliation covers

Order & SKU-level realisation

What you actually earned on every order and SKU after commissions, fees, shipping and returns.

Portal-level profitability

Profitability compared across marketplaces, so you can see where margins really come from.

Overcharge detection

Excess commissions, fees and deductions identified, with each claim tracked.

Return ratio analysis

Return rates by product and portal, and what they cost your margin.

SLA breach mapping

Delayed deliveries mapped against service commitments, so disputes are backed by evidence.

Founder-ready reports

Customised reporting built around the decisions brand founders actually make.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Which marketplaces do you cover?

Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart. If you sell on another platform, ask us; the same approach usually applies.

What do I need to share?

The settlement or payment reports, order reports and return reports from each seller panel, plus your sales records. We will tell you exactly which reports to download from each marketplace.

How often should reconciliation be done?

Monthly works for most sellers, so issues are found while the marketplace's claim window is still open. Past periods can be reconciled too.

Do I need to be in Surat?

No. Our head office is in Surat and we have offices in Ahmedabad and Mumbai, but the work can be done fully online for sellers anywhere in India.

Can you also handle GST and income tax for my online sales?

Yes. Matching GST TCS and income-tax TDS credits and reporting marketplace sales correctly in your GST returns can be handled alongside the reconciliation, as part of our taxation services.
