Myntra fashion brands · Across IndiaMyntra payment reconciliation for fashion brands
Myntra pays in many UTR-wise instalments, splits returns into customer returns (RT) and returns to origin (RTO), and makes adjustments that aren't linked to any order. We match each payment to the orders it covers, list the adjustments not linked to any order, and tie your Myntra sales to your GST returns, every month.
What we check in your Myntra payments
Every month, every order. Anything that doesn't add up is listed with the order it belongs to, so it can be claimed or corrected.
UTR payments to orders
Each prepaid and postpaid payment, by UTR, matched to the orders it covers, so unpaid and short-paid orders stand out.
RT and RTO, separately
Customer returns and returns to origin tracked on their own, with the logistics charged on each and whether the product came back.
Commission and logistics
Commission, forward logistics and return logistics checked order by order, with charges per order tracked month on month.
Non-order settlements
Credits and debits not linked to any order listed with their UTR and description, so each one can be checked and questioned.
Sales tied to GST
Myntra's Packed, RT and RTO GST reports tied to your sales, including cancellations and orders packed in the next month.
Pending orders
Delivered orders that haven't been paid yet, listed by SKU, so they can be followed up within the claim window.
The reports we work from
From the Myntra Partner Portal: the monthly GST reports (Packed, RT and RTO), the UTR-wise payment reports for prepaid and postpaid orders, and the settled-order and non-order settlement reports where needed. We tell you exactly where to find each one.
You receive one Excel workbook a month: an overview and waterfall, a monthly P&L down to bank realisation, returns, SKUs, sales tied to GST, adjustments, a bank match and every order listed. See the sample report.

Myntra reconciliation: common questions
What is the difference between RT and RTO on Myntra?
RT is a customer return after delivery. RTO (return to origin) is an order that was not delivered, or was refused at delivery, and came back to you. Both usually carry logistics charges, and the report tracks them separately because they have different causes and fixes.
Why doesn't my Myntra payout match my sales?
Returns and RTO, commission, forward and return logistics, adjustments not linked to any order, and orders not yet paid all sit between your sales and the money in your bank. The reconciliation shows each of these, order by order.
Is the sample report on your website a Myntra report?
Yes. The sample on our e-commerce page uses our Myntra report layout, filled with made-up figures for a fictional brand.
Do you also handle GST and income tax on Myntra sales?
Yes. Your Myntra sales are tied to your GST returns, and the GST TCS collected and income-tax TDS deducted by Myntra are matched and claimed.
We also reconcile Meesho, Amazon and Flipkart payouts, along with Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart. See the full e-commerce service.
