Meesho reconciliation: common questions
Why do returns hurt so much on Meesho?
Customer returns carry a return shipping fee, and an RTO order earns nothing. At low order values, returns can cancel out the profit on many delivered orders. The report shows returns and RTO by SKU and by month, and flags any charge wrongly applied to an RTO order.
Can you help with return claims?
Yes. We list returns that came back damaged, used or as a different product, with the order details needed for a claim, and track each claim until it is settled or closed.
What do I need to share?
The payment, order, return and GST reports from your Meesho Supplier Panel, and your bank statement. We tell you exactly which reports to download.
Do you also handle GST on Meesho sales?
